QueryCache 读引擎工厂 —— 插件在 install(scope) 里经 RxDB.queryCacheEngine() 登记。
Remarks
槽位为空时，声明了 SyncType.QueryCache 的实体在 connect() 阶段就被
RxDBMissingPluginError 拦下，不静默降级为本地读（US-025 B3）——静默降级会把
「插件没装」伪装成「远端没有数据」，与 RxDBQueryCacheCapabilityError 拒绝降级是同一条理由。
