库里存着的版本号高于本进程支持的版本

Remarks​

这是降级保护，方向是单向的：只有「库比客户端新」才抛，「库比客户端旧」是正常的待迁移状态。 因为迁移阶梯只朝一个方向铺——新客户端认得怎么把旧库补上来，旧客户端不可能认得未来的表结构， 让它继续读写等于按一份自己读不懂的 schema 写数据。

除了水位比较，getRxDBSystemVersionState 在水位行本身畸形时也抛它 （版本段不是正整数、或超出安全整数范围），同样是 fail-closed：一行认不出来的水位 说明这个库不是本实现写的，猜不得。

kind 收两种形态：核心自己的两个号传字符串（见 RxDBSystemVersionKind）， 插件能力的号传 RxDBCapabilityVersionKind 以便消息里带上该升哪个包。 核心两个号的消息逐字节不可变——migration.spec.ts 按 stringContaining 认它们。

The Error.stackTraceLimit property specifies the number of stack frames collected by a stack trace (whether generated by new Error().stack or Error.captureStackTrace(obj)).

The default value is 10 but may be set to any valid JavaScript number. Changes will affect any stack trace captured after the value has been changed.

If set to a non-number value, or set to a negative number, stack traces will not capture any frames.

Creates a .stack property on targetObject, which when accessed returns a string representing the location in the code at which Error.captureStackTrace() was called.

The first line of the trace will be prefixed with ${myObject.name}: ${myObject.message}.

The optional constructorOpt argument accepts a function. If given, all frames above constructorOpt, including constructorOpt, will be omitted from the generated stack trace.

The constructorOpt argument is useful for hiding implementation details of error generation from the user. For instance:
