首个不兼容节点的稳定描述（FR-050）。

Remarks​

四样缺一不可：没有 commitId 用户不知道查哪个节点；没有 direction 不知道该看 patch 还是 inversePatch；没有 namespace / entity 不知道是哪张表；没有 manifest 不知道 该升客户端还是该降数据。

不带 patch 内容。 这个对象会进日志与上报，而 patch 里可能躺着加密列的密文（FR-043）。
