UnknownWorkingTreePatchEntityError

目标实体未在本进程注册时，编码端抛出的错误。

Remarks​

单独一个类而不是裸 Error，是为了让捕获路径能把它与"patch 形状不对" （TypeError）分开处理：前者是注册表问题，后者是数据问题。

target 只进文案、不留成自有属性：这两列是表结构而不是用户内容，留下来也只是 把已经在 message 里的东西再抄一份，而每多一个自有属性就多一条随诊断序列化外流的路。

Remarks​

写成 override readonly 字段而不是在构造器里赋值：跨 realm 的一端（日志、上报） 接不到本进程的类，只能按名判别；readonly 让「名字会不会被后来的赋值改掉」 变成编译期问题而不是排查期问题。

The Error.stackTraceLimit property specifies the number of stack frames collected by a stack trace (whether generated by new Error().stack or Error.captureStackTrace(obj)).

The default value is 10 but may be set to any valid JavaScript number. Changes will affect any stack trace captured after the value has been changed.

If set to a non-number value, or set to a negative number, stack traces will not capture any frames.

Creates a .stack property on targetObject, which when accessed returns a string representing the location in the code at which Error.captureStackTrace() was called.

The first line of the trace will be prefixed with ${myObject.name}: ${myObject.message}.

The optional constructorOpt argument accepts a function. If given, all frames above constructorOpt, including constructorOpt, will be omitted from the generated stack trace.

The constructorOpt argument is useful for hiding implementation details of error generation from the user. For instance:
